A rectangular T fold form makes up the top component of these tribal earrings. The copper piece has a nice dark patina and has some dimples along the side of the fold. The copper portion is one half inch wide and seven eighths of an inch long.
A flat oblong sodalite bead hangs from the bottom of the fold form. The sodalite has a sterling spacer on the top and bottom and is hung from the copper with a sterling head pin. The bead is about a half inch wide by three quarters of an inch long. The overall length of the earrings including the sterling silver ear wire is about two and a half inches.
Copper is a metal thought to have healing properties and to expand consciousness. Sodalite is good for opening lines of communication and empowering the wearer to have inner vision.
